I attended the Tahoe City Broker tour this morning 10/ 6/2010. It started with a half interest of an old lake front cabin on what is known as the Gold Coast of Lake Tahoe. It is down near Rubicon Bay and truly one of the best beaches. The cabin sits on 1.7 acres and is mostly original except for the modestly updated baths. You get half interest in a property that has no access half the year because they don’t clear the private road in the winter. All this for just shy of $3,000,000. What a deal right. Then we moved on to a 1 bed, 1 bath cabin for $199,000.
